Micah was co-counsel for Panavision in Panavision v. Toeppen, 141 F.3d 1316 (9th Cir. 1998), one the earliest internet cases where the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals established the doctrine preventing cyber-squatting of domain names under the Trademark Dilution Act, and he has been actively involved in internet and technology cases in the San Francisco Bay Area and Silicon Valley since that time. We have significant experience dealing with privacy issues, take-down demands, fair use of copyrights on the internet, the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act and the unique jurisdictional issues associated with the internet.

We have also represented plaintiffs and defendants involved in complex technology infringement cases. We are currently trial counsel in a misappropriation of software technology case against the Republic of India pending in the Northern District of California, and we represent other internet and technology companies embroiled in complex litigation over infringement or misappropriation of technological intellectual property rights.
