Bryn Rohde Davies

She regularly represents and helps families, individuals, business leaders, and entrepreneurs protect their assets and reduce taxes through complex trust & estate planning and administration, guardianships and conservatorships, probate administration & litigation, and business law. She works with high net worth individuals, families, and entrepreneurs to develop and design basic or complex estate plans that fit their particular needs and priorities while providing additional integrated legal services tailored for individual clients. She represents many accomplished individuals in business, finance, law, medicine, and technology. She serves clients throughout the entire San Francisco Bay Area and California generally, and often travels to meet clients with special needs. She is also a Notary Public and works with many small and medium business clients providing counseling, contract drafting, and business formation for Corporations, Limited Liability Companies, Limited Liability Partnerships and non-profit entities.

Bryn also specializes in family law, handling all aspects of complex marital dissolutions, including child custody issues, with personal attention, integrity and compassion, while aggressively protecting and representing her client's interests. Bryn is licensed to practice law in California, and is admitted to practice before the California Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.

Bryn was born and raised in Marin County. She earned her B.A. degree from University of Southern California (Fight On!), and her J.D. degree from Pepperdine Law School before returning to the Bay Area.
